RETURNS AND CLAIMS

Right of Withdrawal

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to withdraw from the concluded contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing by email:

Return Conditions

Returned products must meet the following conditions:

•       to be in original commercial condition
•       not to have been used
•       to have undamaged packaging
•       to be accompanied by a proof of purchase (cash receipt / invoice)

The merchant reserves the right to refuse a return if the above conditions are not met.

Return Costs

The costs for returning the goods are at the expense of the customer, except in cases of:

•       defective product
•       wrongly sent product

Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned goods, the amount is refunded within 14 days to a bank account specified in advance by the customer.

Claims

In case of receiving a defective or non-compliant product, the customer has the right to file a claim.

Claims are filed at: 📧 team.littlewonders@gmail.com, by attaching:

•       description of the problem
•       photos of the product
•       order number

Claims are reviewed within 10 business days of receipt.

Limitations

The following are not subject to return:

•       products with packaging damaged due to use
•       products which, due to their nature, cannot be returned in their original condition

Final Provisions

These conditions comply with the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria and the EU.
